These terms apply when you buy equipment from the CBSS online store. Our general Terms and Conditions cover design and construction projects.

1. Who sells to you

Cyprus Bunkers & Survival Shelters (CBSS) is a PRAESI Technologies Ltd company (registration HE 483138, VAT CY60308617C), Aigeos 3, Engomi, 2413 Nicosia, Cyprus. Email enquiries@cyprusbunkersandsurvivalshelters.com, telephone +357 70 000 788.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are in euro and include Cyprus VAT at 19%. Payment is taken by Stripe when you place the order, by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. CBSS never sees or stores your card details. You receive a receipt by email. Business customers can add their VAT number at checkout.

3. Delivery

We deliver within the Republic of Cyprus. Delivery is within 15 to 20 working days of your order. CBSS calls you within two working days of your order to agree the delivery date and site access. Delivery is included in the price. Installation is not included unless agreed in writing, and we are happy to quote for it.

4. Your right to cancel

If you buy as a consumer, you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason. Tell us by email or telephone. Goods must be returned unused and in their original packaging; you pay the cost of return. We refund the full price, including the original delivery charge, within 14 days of receiving the goods back, to the payment method you used. Items made or altered to your specification are excluded.

5. Guarantee

All goods carry the legal guarantee of conformity under Cyprus law (at least two years from delivery). Manufacturer warranties are passed on to you in full.

6. Problems and complaints

Contact us first and we will put things right. If we cannot agree, you may contact the Consumer Protection Service of the Ministry of Energy, Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Cyprus.

7. Your data

We use your name, contact details and address only to process and deliver your order and to meet our legal and tax obligations. Stripe processes payment data under its own privacy policy.
