Clients wishing to decline visual documentation must notify CBSS in writing before the start of installation.

29. Financing & Payment Programs

CBSS may provide financing or staged payment plans through internal offerings or third-party institutions. Approval is subject to eligibility, creditworthiness, and separate contractual terms. CBSS accepts no liability for client financing disputes, application rejections, or third-party obligations. Financing does not affect delivery schedules, payment milestones, or transfer of ownership. In cases of non-payment, CBSS reserves the right to suspend production, revoke access, or withhold delivery until outstanding amounts are resolved.

30. Rental Shelter Access & Terms

CBSS may offer short-term shelter access through pre-approved rental programs or subscription-based frameworks, activated during periods of increased threat, public emergency, or civil instability. These access models are designed to provide flexible civil protection support while maintaining the highest safety and operational standards. Access to CBSS shelters under these programs is:

• Non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable
• Contingent upon identity verification, behavioral compliance, and emergency protocol acknowledgment
• Subject to separate terms, fees, availability, and CBSS discretion

CBSS accepts no liability for injury, panic-induced incidents, misuse, third-party behavior, or any acts of God that may occur within or around its shelters.
